MICHELLE KELMAN, DDS.
Dr. Michelle Kelman is a Pediatric Dentist dedicated to providing exceptional oral health care in a caring, positive, and educational environment.
Dr. Kelman founded the Pediatric Dental Center at Cedars-Sinai in 2008, and is a member of the medical surgical staff at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She also serves as a lecturer at the UCLA School of Dentistry, Department of Pediatrics where she attends, supervises, and teaches residents.
A native Californian, Dr. Kelman received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, where she was awarded the USC Behavioral Dentistry Award for Outstanding Humanistic Qualities in the Treatment of Patients and the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Pediatric Dentistry. She then completed Residency specialty training in Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City in association with the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Dr. Kelman has lectured internationally on topics ranging from advancements in pediatric dentistry to behavior management techniques. She has led educational workshops for colleagues and parent groups on topics that include infant oral health, pacifier and bottle weaning, oral health care for children and adults with special needs, and teenage oral health and wellness.
FLYNNE WEINGARTEN, DDS.
Dr. Flynne is a pediatric dentist who loves to treat children. She moved to Los Angeles from NYC in 2017.
A native of Indiana, Dr. Flynne went to dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Flynne then completed a general residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Following, she completed a two-year specialized pediatric residency focusing only on children and individuals with intellectual and developmental disorders at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, Dr. Flynne served as chief resident.
She also holds a Masters in Public Health from the Indiana University School of Medicine, focusing her thesis on access to care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Dr. Flynne, her husband, and her three boys, yes, THREE BOYS, prefer Malibu beach days to cold New York winters, but love to go back and visit.
